So I got back yesterday from my flight... after 24 hours of no sleep and eating airplane food, I decided my smart self to go running to work out a little bit. Bad idea.
When I got back, I got really itchy and my lips were beginning to get super fat. My eyes were watering and I was getting hives everywhere. My throat, eyes, nose were all swollen and I started coughing.. so I asked my mom for benadryl right away. It didn't really work cuz I still felt like shiz. So my mom was freaking out and took me to the ER.
Car ride. Bad idea. I puked up everything. Snaps, our car smells super gross now.. sorry mom.
Went to the ER and the nurse gave me IV for fluids, steroids, benadryl, and a medication for the inflammation. That sucked because she poked me twice... not only poking me, but poking then inserting the long needle into my vein in each side of the inside of my elbow before doing it in my hand. Man.. it was painful and I can feel the fluid going inside me.
I am okay. Don't worry. I just hope I figure out what I am allergic to. Tests today for that. My guess is mushrooms. Weird, it only happens after if I run.

I'm totally with you on the IV thing. They usually poke me at least twice. Then I look like I was just in a fight in which the opponent attacks are aimed only to my arms.
